David Green, owner of Sure Group, enjoys working with our business clients and working to bring more products and carriers to better serve all our customers.
With over 12 years’ experience in large corporate environments in the coal industry, he hails from a family of small business owners, which allows him to understand both the challenges that small businesses face and issues that confront large businesses today.
David married his childhood sweetheart (Andrea) and they have three children (Josef, Joselyn and Jeremiah). He enjoys making things better for others and he loves Southern West Virginia.
David fulfills that desire by bringing quality, affordable insurance to the people and businesses Sure Group serves.
He was also recently elected to the WV House of Delegates as the representative for District 36 - McDowell, furthering his commitment to see West Virginia prosper.
Casey Hayes is a licensed agent in Welch, WV. He helps service existing policies and works to ensure current and prospective clients have their coverage tailored to their personal needs at an affordable price.
He entered the insurance industry as a customer service representative with Southern Insurance Agency in October 2018, and has since become a licensed agent. Casey graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in May 2018.
A proud native of southern West Virginia, he enjoys motor racing and reading about the latest technology advances during his spare time. Casey enjoys helping others so they can live their lives without having to worry about their wellbeing in times of crisis.
Kayla Bennett is a licensed agent for West Virginia and Virginia. She is one of our bright and smiling faces in our Welch, WV office. During her years at Sure Group, she has built a relationship with many of our customers. Kayla strives to find the best and most affordable company for all of our clients.
Kayla's family owned a used car lot in McDowell County for many years, where she worked before joining the Sure Group family. Kayla is a mom of two amazing young boys. Some of her interests include going to races, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her boys.

Destiny Thompson is a licensed agent based in our Bluefield office. She was born and raised in the great state of West Virginia and has many years of customer service and sales experience. Destiny attended Concord University.
Destiny is family oriented. During her spare time, she enjoys spending her time with her family, camping, and fishing. Destiny enjoys engaging with our customers while helping find the right company that suits their needs. Her main goal is to save you money! She also loves to laugh and is excited to help you in the future.
Patricia Kidd is a CSR/Agent in Oceana, WV. Patricia’s insurance career started with CV Feller Insurance Agency as a secretary learning valuable skills about working with the people of southern WV. She realized she loved being in the Insurance profession and decided to become an Agent. Patricia also owns her own License and Title business since 2005 and is a member of the Oceana Chamber of Commerce.
Owning her own business brought out her passion for treating her customers like she treats her family and friends. Her motto is “Give a smile, Get a smile!” She lived out of State for two years and missed the friendly people of WV. She’s always ready to help you find the right insurance for your individual needs.
